With this log splitter, you can potentially split up to 4 logs a minute. It takes 7 seconds for the pressure stroke that does the splitting and 7 seconds for the return stroke that brings the wedge back to its starting position so that you can insert the next log.
The splitter’s 4″ diameter cylinder and 16gpm two-stage hydraulic pump are conservatively rated to deliver 20 tons of splitting pressure, powering through the toughest logs.
